Job Description

Job Opening: Senior Cosmetic Formulation Chemist

Location: Sanand GIDC (On-site)

Experience: 5 to 10 Years (Must have experience in Cosmetic/Skincare manufacturing)

Salary: Best in Industry (As per candidate's experience and skills)

Job Profile:

We are looking for an experienced Cosmetic Chemist / Formulation Expert who can independently develop and manufacture high-quality personal care products from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Formulate high-quality Skincare and Haircare products, including Lotions, Face Wash, Shampoos, Conditioners, Serums, and Creams.
  • Lab to Production: Successfully scale up formulations from the lab level to commercial batch production.
  • Quality & Stability: Ensure product stability, right texture, fragrance, and strict quality control.
  • Raw Materials: Source, test, and manage raw materials and active ingredients.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, B.Pharm, or Diploma in Cosmetic Technology.
  • Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in a cosmetic or personal care manufacturing plant.
  • Deep knowledge of raw material science, chemical percentages, and manufacturing machinery.
