Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate with 4+ years of experience in B2B corporate sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads.
• Identify and connect with corporate decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B Corporate Sales.

✅ Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle—Lead Generation, Prospecting, Client Meetings, Proposal Submission, Negotiation, and Deal Closure.

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

✅ Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive business growth.

✅ Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on results.

✅ Experience in handling corporate accounts and enterprise clients will be preferred.
