Job Description
- Visit assigned residential societies, commercial complexes, and other potential client locations as per the route plan provided by the Sales Head.
- Conduct a minimum of 4–6 society visits per day.
- Generate at least 30 qualified leads daily.
- Collect and verify details of decision-makers, including their name, designation, contact number, and email ID.
- Conduct cold calling and follow up with prospective clients to introduce Indoor Greens' products and services.
- Identify interested prospects and schedule meetings with the Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth communication before and after meetings.
- Maintain and update the Lead Tracker/CRM with accurate lead status and follow-up details on a daily basis.
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) to the Sales Head.
- After successful project execution, follow up with clients for timely payment collection and coordinate with the Accounts and Operations teams to ensure closure of pending payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
