Job Description
We are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Steward to join our team at Hotel Sunrise N Resorts. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an excellent dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions about the food and beverages, and make recommendations.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve orders efficiently and check on guests to ensure they are satisfied.
- Clear plates, clean tables, and maintain a neat and hygienic dining area.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any guest requests or complaints with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Language: Basic English is required. Fluency in local languages (Marathi/Hindi) is highly preferred to interact with guests comfortably.
- Skills: Good communication, a friendly personality, and the ability to stay active on your feet during shifts.
