Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Ernakulam. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving sales growth, generating leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through various sales channels.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and follow-up meetings.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM records, and monitor sales performance.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong phone presence, listening skills and customer-centric mindset.
• Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated with a passion for technology solutions.
