Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Train, coach, and supervise debt collection agents to improve call quality, contact rates, and promises-to-pay ratios. [1, 2, 3]
- Target Achievement: Assign portfolios, track daily operational metrics, and drive the team to meet and exceed monthly recovery targets. [1, 2]
- Compliance & Risk Management: Enforce adherence to banking regulations, fair debt collection practices, and internal policies during all recovery interactions. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Escalation Handling: Intervene on complex, high-value, or legally sensitive accounts and manage critical disputes. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Review Management Information System (MIS) reports, analyze portfolio trends, and present performance data to senior management. [1, 2]
