About Social KalaSocial Kala is a growing fashion and lifestyle brand focused on creating engaging content, building strong communities, and driving brand growth through social media. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager who understands Instagram, content strategy, and audience engagement.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage and grow Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Create and execute monthly content calendars.
- Plan content ideas, campaigns, launches, and social media activations.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
- Write captions, story copy, and content briefs.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms.
- Monitor trends, reels, viral formats, and platform updates.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community management.
- Research competitors and suggest new growth opportunities.
- Assist in influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- RequirementsGood understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and social media trends.
- Experience managing brand accounts is preferred.
- Strong communication and content planning skills.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, fashion, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools is a plus.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and content creator collaborations is a bonus.
