Experience:

Mid-Level SEO Specialist: 2–4 Years

Senior SEO Specialist: 4–7 Years

Salary:

Mid-Level: Up to ₹45,000/month

Senior: ₹45,000–₹55,000/month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and results-driven SEO professionals to join our growing Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, and AI Search Optimization. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, increasing website traffic, driving qualified leads, and implementing SEO best practices to achieve measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling, site architecture, and page performance issues.
• Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, internal linking, and on-page SEO elements.
• Create SEO content strategies, briefs, and optimize existing content.
• Work on Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and citation management.
• Implement AI Search Optimization, structured data, and featured snippet strategies.
• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach and digital PR.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Track SEO KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare actionable reports.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams.
• Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates, Core Web Vitals, and the latest SEO trends.
• (Senior Role) Mentor junior SEO team members and contribute to strategic SEO planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

2–7 years of hands-on SEO experience, depending on the role.

Strong understanding of:

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
