Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide assistance to customers and resolve technical issues efficiently while working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, or calls
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
Assist users with system access, software, and application-related problems
Maintain records of issues and resolutions
Follow company support processes and guidelines
Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in technical support webinars and training sessions
Gain knowledge of automation tools and processes
Support automation-related tasks as part of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements:
