Job Description
CAGRfunds is looking for a reliable, organized Personal Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day coordination and administrative work. This is a client-facing, high-trust role suited to someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced wealth management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, scheduling and prioritizing meetings
- Act as the point of coordination between the Director, internal team, and clients
- Communicate with clients to schedule, confirm, and follow up on meetings and requests
- Monitor and respond to messages (email, WhatsApp) in a timely, professional manner, flagging anything urgent
- Track task follow-ups and deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Handle general administrative support — documentation, filing, correspondence drafting
- Support the Director in managing responsibilities between work and home
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Prior experience as a PA, EA, or in an administrative/coordination role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable liaising with clients and internal team members
- High degree of discretion and reliability, given exposure to client and business information
- Must reside in or near Wadala, East Mumbai (commute proximity is a firm requirement)
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Prior experience in a financial services, wealth management, or client-facing environment
- Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., ClickUp) is a plus
