Waiter / Steward

M/s Sainik Bhojnalaya is looking for courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters & Stewards to provide excellent dining service. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, polite, and committed to ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and assist them in finding suitable seating.

Present menus and explain food items, daily specials, and beverages.

Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set before and after service.

Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve basic service-related concerns.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area as per food safety standards.

Assist with clearing tables, refilling water, and maintaining dining supplies.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Follow company policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures.

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.

Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service establishment is preferred.

Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
