Position: Vice President – Sales

Job Summary
The Vice President – Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the sales team, developing business strategies, and achieving organizational sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, market expertise, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
* Drive residential, commercial, and farmhouse project sales through direct and channel partner networks.
* Build and maintain relationships with Channel Partners, Investors, HNIs, and Corporate Clients.
* Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement.
* Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
* Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
* Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
* Negotiate high-value deals and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
* Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business growth plans for management.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
* 08- 10+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Experience in Real Estate Sales will be highly preferred.
* Proven track record of achieving large revenue targets and leading high-performing teams.
