Job Description

  • Develop e-commerce strategies to drive online revenue and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay).
  • Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends, using insights to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns, SEO, PPC, and email marketing for e-commerce growth.
  • Ensure seamless user experience (UX/UI) and website functionality, improving navigation, speed, and checkout processes.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, pricing strategies, and promotions to maximize sales.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the business ahead of the curve.
  • Work with logistics and customer service teams to optimize order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
