Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify potential clients, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new leads
- Connect with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain CRM and track sales activities
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
