Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team at Truemeds. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining products/services, and helping them place orders while achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products, offers, and services to customers.
- Assist customers in placing orders through phone support.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and customer details.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation and repeat purchases.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and handle customers over phone.
- Comfortable with sales targets and calling environment.
- Prior telesales or telecalling experience is a plus.
