Job Role

Aacess Equipments is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who can handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain good relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from new and existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Prepare and send quotations to customers.

• Follow up with customers and support price negotiations.

• Coordinate with the design team for drawings after receiving purchase orders.

• Arrange customer inspections after production completion.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth delivery.

• Ensure all required documents (test certificates, manuals, etc.) are shared with the customer.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and generate repeat business.

• Support and guide junior sales team members if required.

Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle customers and coordinate with teams.

• Basic understanding of sales processes.

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Coordination.

• Experience in industrial or technical products is an advantage.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
