Trainer

1.     deliver training sessions,(Digital,Spoken english, Life Skills,Retail)

2.     Conduct

sessions as per curriculum under supervision.

3.     Assist

in demonstrations, group activities, and practical labs

4.     Maintain

discipline, attendance, and trainee engagement.

5.     Support

setup of equipment or learning materials before sessions.

6.     Help

in administering quizzes, assignments, and evaluations.

7.     Collect

and maintain trainee performance data.

8.     Offer

extra help to slow learners or those needing additional guidance.

9.     Motivate

and counsel students regularly.

10.  Gather

feedback from trainees and report issues to senior facilitator and help for

implement suggestions for improvement

11.  Attend

skill upgrade workshops and learn advanced facilitation techniques.

12.  Work

toward certification or higher training credentials

13.  Help

with maintaining training logs, attendance sheets, and learner portfolios

14.  To

support / help senior facilitators, mobilizer, placement officer for project

and centre activities.

15.  Periodic

home visits of students.

16.  To

support for developing periodic process documentation, progress report,

assessment report, maintain data, records of the centre, students, project

& etc.

17.  Take

care of the property, equipment, and other items / materials entrusted to you

and centre from the organisation.

18.  To

maintain confidentiality of all information obtained during the term of this

consultancy and not to disclose any such information to third parties without

the prior written consent of the organisation.

19.  Any

other work / task assigned by the management.
