Customer Support Executive (Electrical)

ZEVpoint is looking for a Customer Support Executive who can confidently communicate with customers, coordinate with field technicians, and ensure smooth execution of service and installation operations across India. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a basic understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to solve customer issues efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot basic electrical and EV charger-related issues remotely
• Assist in planning and managing on-site service operations when required.
• Create and maintain service records, installation reports, and customer updates
• Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Experience & Education requirement:

• RequirementsGood spoken and written English (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent electrical knowledge.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring, MCBs, earthing, and power distribution.
• Comfortable coordinating with technicians and vendors over phone and WhatsApp.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, email, CRM tools, etc.).
• Prior experience in customer support, electrical service, operations, or technical support is preferred.
