Job Title: Pest Control Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pest Control Technician to inspect properties, identify pest infestations, and provide effective pest management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in pest control treatments, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of safety standards and chemical handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform pest control treatments for insects, rodents, termites, bed bugs, mosquitoes, and other pests.
• Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely according to company procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Install and maintain pest control devices, traps, and monitoring systems.
• Prepare treatment reports and maintain accurate service records.
• Educate customers on preventive measures and sanitation practices.
• Respond to customer complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain company equipment, tools, and service vehicle in good condition.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Meet daily service schedules and productivity targets.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of experience in pest control services.
• Knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, and integrated pest management (IPM).
• Valid pest control technician license/certification (as per local regulations) is preferred.
• Ability to safely handle pesticides and application equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
