Diploma / B.E in Civil Engineering
1–3 years of experience in residential construction projects
Strong understanding of construction processes and site execution
Ability to read construction drawings and plans
Good communication and coordination skills
Kannada fluency is mandatory
Willingness to travel between project sites in Bangalore
Experience in independent house construction projects
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
