Salary           : Upto 50 k         

Experience  : 5 Years minimum

Shift              : 4 PM to 10 PM (6 Hours Shift)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Civil Engineer cum Draftsman to join our team for residential construction projects, including houses, villas, and luxury homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed construction drawings, developing plans, and ensuring the structural integrity of residential buildings while meeting project specifications and timelines.

Key

Responsibilities:Drafting and Design:·        Prepare all types of drawings for residential projects, including houses, villas, and luxury homes.

·        Create 2D Drawings and 3D Drawings (using Max or equivalent software).

·        Develop Detailed Working Drawings for construction and execution on site.

·        Prepare Sketch Up models for design visualization.

·        Create Elevation drawings showcasing external views.

·        Draft Sections to illustrate vertical relationships in the structure.

·        Develop Floor, Ceiling, and Bathroom Plans, including elevations.

·        Prepare MEP Drawings to coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with structural and architectural designs.

·        Develop GFC (Good for Construction) Drawings for execution on site.

Key

Skills and Requirements:·        Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (From Reputed College.).

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in residential projects (houses, villas, luxury homes).

Proficiency in the following software:

·        AutoCAD (2D & 3D drafting)

·        3Ds Max (for 3D modeling and rendering)

·        SketchUp (for design visualization and presentation)

·        Revit (optional, for BIM coordination)

·        Photoshop (optional, for presentation boards and graphics)

·        MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·        Knowledge of structural design principles and relevant codes.

·        Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
