Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Female)

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships while supporting the company's marketing initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and field visits.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Present and promote the company's products and services effectively.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close sales.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

- Manage customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

- Handle social media inquiries, maintain customer databases, and prepare sales reports.

- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
