Cafe Staff

We are looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly staff members to join our café and bakery team. The candidate will be responsible for daily store operations, customer service, product handling, cleanliness, and maintaining a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities✅ Greet and assist customers professionally.

✅ Take customer orders accurately and suggest products when required.

✅ Serve cakes, pastries, desserts, beverages, snacks, and bakery items.

✅ Handle billing and cash counter operations.

✅ Maintain cleanliness of display counters, tables, and work areas.

✅ Refill product displays and monitor stock levels.

✅ Pack orders for dine-in, takeaway, Swiggy, and Zomato customers.

✅ Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

✅ Coordinate with kitchen staff for order preparation.

✅ Assist in opening and closing store operations.

Requirements✔ Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Good grooming and personal hygiene.

✔ Previous experience in a café, bakery, restaurant, or retail store is preferred but not mandatory.
