Job Description

Field Sales Executive - Residential Rooftop Solar (Nagpur/Vidarbha)


Satyanam Solar is hiring freelance/commission-based Field Sales Executives for residential rooftop solar in Nagpur and Vidarbha.


What you'll do:

  • Visit leads generated by our marketing team and pitch rooftop solar installation
  • - Explain PM Surya Ghar subsidy scheme and net metering benefits to customers
  • - Follow up on leads, close deals, and coordinate with our installation team
  • - Build local trust through site visits and in-person meetings

Who we're looking for:

  • Field sales / door-to-door sales experience (solar, fintech, insurance, or similar direct sales background preferred)
  • - Own two-wheeler for travel within Nagpur/Vidarbha
  • - Comfortable speaking Hindi/Marathi with local customers
  • - Self-driven, target-oriented
