Job Description
Job Title: Sales Head
Location: Kundli, Haryana
Department: Sales & Business Development
Job Summary: Sigma Vizin Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead sales
operations, business expansion, customer relationship management, and revenue growth for OEM/ODM mobile
accessories business. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, strategic sales experience, and exposure in
Electronics / Mobile Accessories industry. The role requires handling sales team performance, key customer
management, business development, and coordination with internal departments to achieve organizational sales
targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Lead, motivate, and manage sales team performance
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion plans
• Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and clients
• Monitor sales targets, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue growth
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements
• Improve sales processes and overall team productivity
• Coordinate with marketing, production, product development, and finance teams
• Review sales performance reports and MIS for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and business standards
• Resolve customer and team-related challenges effectively
• Maintain strong communication across departments and management
• Adapt sales strategies based on market conditions and business needs
• Support key account management and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Drive business growth for OEM/ODM mobile accessories and electronics products
Requirements:
• Strong experience in B2B Sales and Business Development
• Leadership and team management capability
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of OEM/ODM business model
• Experience in Electronics / Mobile Accessories industry preferred
• Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve aggressive targets
• MBA/Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred
Experience required: 10–15 Years in Sales / Business Development
Salary: ₹1.0 Lakh – ₹ 1.5 Lakh per Month
