Public Relations Executive (Chairman's Branding & Media Relations)

Position: Public Relations Executive

Department: Corporate Communications / Chairman's Office

Reporting To: Chairman / Head of Corporate Communications

Job Summary

The Public Relations Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing the personal brand of the Chairman of Suchirindia across media, digital platforms, and public engagements. The role involves coordinating with media agencies, social media agencies, content creators, photographers, videographers, and internal teams to ensure consistent and positive brand visibility. The executive will also manage day-to-day communication activities, social media presence, media relations, and reputation management.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Branding & Reputation Management



Develop and execute personal branding strategies for the Chairman.



Build and maintain a strong public image across traditional and digital media.



Identify opportunities for interviews, articles, speaking engagements, awards, and industry recognition.



Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and public communication.



Media Relations



Coordinate with PR agencies, media houses, journalists, and influencers.



Facilitate press releases, media interactions, interviews, and press conferences.



Monitor media coverage and prepare media reports.



Maintain relationships with key media contacts.



Social Media Management



Manage the Chairman's official social media accounts.



Create and schedule daily content across platforms.



Coordinate with social media agencies for content planning and campaign execution.



Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.



Track social media performance and generate analytics reports.



Content Development



Prepare social media posts, captions, articles, speeches, blogs, and communication materials.



Coordinate photo shoots, video shoots, and promotional content creation.



Ensure all content aligns with the Chairman's vision and brand positioning.



Maintain a content calendar for planned activities and campaigns.



Event & Public Engagement Management



Coordinate public appearances, corporate events, conferences, and networking engagements.



Manage branding requirements during events.



Support speech preparation, presentations, and communication materials.



Coordinate with event organizers and stakeholders.



Agency Coordination



Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman's office and external agencies.



Review creative materials, campaign proposals, and media plans.



Ensure timely execution of branding and communication activities.



Monitor agency deliverables and performance.



Digital Presence Management



Monitor online mentions, media coverage, and public sentiment.



Respond to reputation-related issues in coordination with management.



Identify opportunities to improve digital visibility and engagement.



Manage professional profiles and digital assets.



Administrative & Daily Coordination



Manage day-to-day communication requests and approvals.



Coordinate with internal departments for information gathering.



Maintain records of media coverage, campaigns, and public engagements.



Prepare weekly and monthly branding activity reports.
