Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new corporate business for our Facility Management Services. The ideal candidate should be passionate about B2B sales, corporate meetings, client acquisition, and relationship management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new corporate leads through field visits, LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling and networking.
• Fix meetings with HR, Admin, Facility Managers and Procurement teams.
• Conduct client presentations and understand customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations and proposals with support from the operations team.
• Follow up regularly until closure.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
• Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Coordinate with operations during client onboarding.
• Candidate RequirementsBachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of B2B corporate sales experience.
• Experience in Security, Facility Management, Housekeeping, Manpower Services, Staffing, Fire Safety or related industries is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident in meeting corporate clients.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Good knowledge of Bengaluru corporate areas.
