Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new corporate business for our Facility Management Services. The ideal candidate should be passionate about B2B sales, corporate meetings, client acquisition, and relationship management.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new corporate leads through field visits, LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling and networking.
- Fix meetings with HR, Admin, Facility Managers and Procurement teams.
- Conduct client presentations and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations and proposals with support from the operations team.
- Follow up regularly until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Coordinate with operations during client onboarding.
- Candidate RequirementsBachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of B2B corporate sales experience.
- Experience in Security, Facility Management, Housekeeping, Manpower Services, Staffing, Fire Safety or related industries is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in meeting corporate clients.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru corporate areas.
