Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits and customer references.
- Visit residential and commercial customers to promote solar solutions.
- Explain the benefits and features of solar products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the internal team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Submit daily sales activity reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2C Sales, Telecom, FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Retail, or Solar.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
