Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Handle assigned/generated leads and convert them into successful loan disbursals
2. Engage with potential customers, understand requirements, and pitch suitable loan products
3. Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion, disbursal value, and revenue
4. Maintain strong follow-ups to improve lead-to-disbursal conversion ratio
5. Collect, verify, and manager customer documentation (KYC, income proof, etc.)
6. Coordinate with internal teams(credit, underwriting, operations) for faster approvals Track application status andensure timely loan processing and disbursal Cross-sell and up-sell additional financial products to existing customers Maintain accurate MIS reportson leads, pipeline, and conversions
7. Ensure excellent customer experience to drive repeat business and referrals
8. Follow compliance and documentation standards as per company policy
9. Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner.
10. Meet assigned targets for loan disbursement and customer acquisition.

Skills:-

1. Good Communication skills
2. Strong analytical and decision-making skills
3. Experience in credit underwriting, preferably in NBFCs or fintech
4. Qualification= Graduated
5. No MTI issue
6. NBFC or Payday loan Industry (more preferable)
