On-Field Marketing Executive (B2B Merchant Acquisition)

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented On-Field Marketing Executive to drive merchant acquisition for our online rental platform. In this role, you will be the face of our company on the ground. Your primary mission is to pitch our app to local business owners in the field of event management or medical equipment (Retail shops, distributors, and independent vendors) and convince them to list their products for rent on our platform.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and map local businesses, retail shops, and vendors within assigned territories.
  • Cold Canvas Pitching: Visit business owners daily to pitch the benefits of listing their products on our rental app.
  • Merchant Onboarding: Guide vendors through the registration process, app installation, and initial product listing setup.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants to ensure active listings and high engagement.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the field regarding competitor pricing, vendor pain points, and market trends.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for verified merchant acquisitions and live listings.
  • Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in field sales, B2B marketing, or merchant acquisition (e.g., QR code onboarding, food delivery app onboarding, local listing services).
  • Education: 12th or High school diploma
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in local languages and English.
  • Mobility: Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license for daily field travel.
  • Traits: High energy, self-motivated, resilient against rejection, and comfortable working entirely on the field.
