Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and warranties.
- Negotiate prices and close sales effectively.
- Follow up with potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments to facilitate smooth vehicle delivery.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
