Purchase Manager

Job Title: Purchase In charge Executive – Amiha Agro Pvt. Ltd.

Job Summary:

Responsible for procurement of solar materials and equipment, obtaining quotations, negotiating with vendors, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·        The candidate will have the responsibility of sourcing, negotiating, and overseeing supplier relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials and equipment for our solar projects.

·        Create and implement procurement strategies to guarantee the timely and cost-efficient acquisition of raw materials, components, and equipment necessary for solar energy projects.

·         Identify, assess, and oversee suppliers to ensure a continuous and reliable supply of high-quality materials

·        Consistently assess supplier performance and engage in contract negotiations to achieve cost savings, all while upholding product quality and reliability.

·        Execute efficient inventory management practices to reduce surplus or obsolete materials and maintain optimal stock levels.

·        Develop and manage the procurement budget, tracking expenses, and providing regular reports to management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

·        Procurement, Purchase Financing, Solar

·        Supplier sourcing, negotiation, and cost control.

·        Knowledge of ERP and SAP

·        Advanced Excel skills

·        Documentation management

·        Strong communication

Essential Qualification Education- Diploma /B. Tech / (Mechanical/Electrical or Any)

Experience- 5 to 7 years of experience in Supply Chain /Purchase, Experience with Solar mandatory
