Job Description:(Roles & Responsibilities):

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive for Growfitz, who has prior sales experience in the FMCG industry. Your primary responsibility will be connecting with leads over the phone and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch and sell FMCG products to potential customers, retailers, or distributors over outbound calls.
• Understand customer needs, explain product benefits clearly, and handle objections effectively to close deals.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate daily calling logs, lead status updates, and sales reports.

Candidate Requirements (Eligibility):

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of mandatory sales experience (FMCG industry experience is highly preferred)
• Skills: Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Language: Good command over Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
• Mindset: Must be highly motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
