Food And Beverage Captain

We are looking for an energetic and guest-oriented Captain to oversee our dining floor operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, managing table flow, and guiding the service staff.

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 / month (based on experience)
• Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain dish specialties, and offer recommendations (upselling).
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen staff.
• Supervise Steward team members to ensure smooth, timely table service.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and table presentation across the floor.
• Requirements:Prior experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a restaurant/hotel setting.
• Good communication skills and a polite demeanor.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to handle rush hours efficiently.
