La Mont Perfume is a growing perfume and fragrance brand focused on expanding its presence across Gujarat and India through retail stores, distributors, and B2B sales channels.

Job Responsibilities

·        Visit retail outlets such as:

·        Perfume Shops

·        Beauty & Cosmetic Stores

·        Medical Stores

·        Gift Shops

·        Fashion & Lifestyle Stores

·        Other outlets selling perfumes and fragrances

·        Introduce and promote La Mont Perfume products.

·        Generate new orders and develop long-term relationships with retailers.

·        Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail counters.

·        Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.

·        Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

·        Collect market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.

·        Submit daily visit and sales reports to the company.

Eligibility

Fresher & Experienced Candidates Can Apply

Preferred Experience:

·        Experience in Perfume, Cosmetics, FMCG, Beauty Products, Personal Care, or Retail Sales will be preferred.

Required Skills

·        Good communication skills.

·        Ability to convince and negotiate with retailers.

·        Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.

·        Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.

·        Ability to work independently in the field.

Languages Required

·        Gujarati

·        Hindi

·        Basic English

Mandatory Requirements

·        Own Two-Wheeler

·        Valid Driving Licence

·        Smartphone for reporting and communication
