Job Description

  1. Welcome every customer with warmth and provide a memorable shopping experience.
  2. Understand each customer's requirements, occasion, style, and budget to recommend the most suitable jewel.
  3. Present and demonstrate our collections of Gold, Diamond, Silver and Temple Jewellery with confidence and professionalism.
  4. Clearly explain product specifications, including purity, BIS hallmark, weight, making charges, wastage, pricing, and certifications.
  5. Guide customers in selecting jewel for weddings, engagements, festivals, gifting, and other special occasions.
  6. Build lasting customer relationships through courteous service, regular follow-ups, and excellent after-sales support.
