Digital Marketing Executive

A Digital Marketing & Brand Executive is responsible for building, promoting, and maintaining the company's brand across all digital and offline platforms. Their goal is to increase brand awareness, generate enquiries, and ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company's identity.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.

2. Social Media Management - Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X accounts.

Create a monthly content calendar. Post regular updates, photos, videos, and reels.Respond to messages and comments.Grow followers and engagement.

3. Content Creation - Write marketing content for social media, websites, brochures, and advertisements.

Create captions, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns and Coordinate photography and video shoots.

4. Brand Management - Ensure consistent use of the company logo, colours, fonts, and brand guidelines.

Develop campaigns that strengthen the company's brand image.

5. Graphic Design - Design and update:

Brochures, Catalogues, Flyers, Pamphlets, Posters, Banners, Visiting cards, Invitation cards, Newspaper advertisements, Social media creatives

6. Website Management - Update website content regularly. Upload new products, services, or projects. Maintain image galleries. Coordinate with web developers for improvements. Monitor website performance.

7. Email & WhatsApp Marketing -

Create and send promotional emails.

Design email newsletters. Plan WhatsApp marketing campaigns where appropriate.

8. Video Marketing - Create promotional videos and reels.Edit videos for social media and websites. Publish content on YouTube and other platforms.

This role is especially valuable in organizations such as Minerva Housing / Minerva Fashion & Retail, where one person may oversee branding, website updates, social media, project brochures, advertisements, and digital lead generation to support the sales team.
