B2B Field Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai (with extensive Pan India travel)

About the Role
Are you a highenergy, ambitious gogetter looking to make your mark in the luxury goods industry? We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Junior B2B Sales Executive to join our growing diamond jewellery division.
In this role, you won't be sitting behind a desk. You will be the face of our brand on the field, traveling across India to build relationships and sell exquisite diamond jewellery directly to retail jewellers. If you are hungry for success, love building connections, and thrive in a fast paced environment, this is your launchpad.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management: Take ownership of a designated geographic territory to promote and sell our B2B diamond jewellery portfolio to retail jewellers.
Field Sales & Travel: Travel extensively across India (especially primary target regions) for client visits, product presentations, and order closures.
Relationship Building: Identify, pitch to, and onboard new retail partners while nurturing existing accounts to ensure repeat business.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and regional retailer preferences to pitch the right inventory.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and collection targets with a proactive mindset.
What We Are Looking For
The Right Attitude: Highly driven, self-motivated, and resilient. You view a "no" as just the start of a negotiation.
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development.
Experience in gems, jewellery, or luxury retail is a big plus, but not mandatory. We value grit and hunger over years of paperwork.
Travel Readiness: You love being on the move and are fully prepared for frequent travel across various Indian cities.
Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Language Language Assets (Big Plus)
Fluency in Tamil or Malayalam is highly advantageous, as you will be dealing heavily with key markets in Southern India. Working knowledge of Hindi and English is expected.
