Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items as per company SOPs.
  • Manage online orders and ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
  • Operate the POS system, handle billing, and manage cash/digital payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Promote products, upsell menu items, and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Assist in stock management, opening/closing duties, and follow company policies.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and POS billing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a café, bakery, QSR, or restaurant is preferred.
