Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Support the sales team in lead follow-ups and conversions.
Prepare and share travel packages and quotations.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with hotels, transport, and vendors.
Assist in booking confirmations and documentation.
Ensure excellent customer service before and after bookings.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in travel sales/customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
