Reporting To: Security In-Charge / Admin Manager

Job Summary:

The Camera Surveillance Executive is responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras, identifying suspicious activity, reporting incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of company premises, assets, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras continuously to ensure proper surveillance of the premises.
• Observe and report any unusual, suspicious, or unauthorized activity immediately.
• Maintain records of incidents, observations, and daily surveillance reports.
• Coordinate with the security team in case of theft, misconduct, fire, or emergency situations.
• Check camera functionality and report any technical issues to the concerned team.
• Review CCTV footage as required for investigation or verification purposes.
• Ensure proper entry and exit monitoring of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Support in loss prevention and security compliance activities.
• Follow company security policies and maintain confidentiality of footage and reports.

Required Skills:

• Good observation and alertness
• Basic computer knowledge
• CCTV / DVR / NVR monitoring knowledge
• Reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to work in shifts
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
• 2 to 6 years of experience in CCTV monitoring / security / surveillance preferred
