Spa Manager

Job Summary: As a Spa manager , you will be the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the scheduling of appointments, managing spa operations, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest. Your role is essential in maintaining the high standards of service and professionalism that define Ashoshi Spa .

Key Responsibilities:

•           Manage client appointments, inquiries, and reservations via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

•           Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient utilization of resources.

•           Greet and assist clients upon arrival, provide information about spa services, and address any questions or concerns.

•           Maintain client records, preferences, and treatment histories accurately and confidentially.

•           Process payments, manage invoices, and handle financial transactions with attention to detail.

•           Monitor spa facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

•           Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

•           Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa industry is preferred.

•           Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

•           Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
