Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue GenerationDrive monthly, quarterly, and annual branch revenue targets.
  • Lead the counselling team to maximize student conversions and admissions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Ensure optimum lead management and minimize lead leakage.
  • Conduct daily sales reviews and performance meetings.
  • 2. Team Leadership & Performance ManagementRecruit, train, mentor, and motivate student counsellors and branch staff.
  • Set individual KPIs and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve sales and counselling skills.
  • Build a high-performance, target-oriented work culture.
  • Address performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
  • 3. Student Counselling & Customer ExperienceSupport the team in handling complex student cases.
  • Ensure students receive accurate guidance regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and visa processes.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Resolve escalations promptly and professionally.
  • 4. Branch OperationsOversee the day-to-day functioning of the branch.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
  • Manage branch documentation and reporting.
  • Maintain coordination with internal departments for seamless student processing.
  • 5. Business DevelopmentDevelop local marketing initiatives to increase walk-ins and enquiries.
  • Build relationships with schools, colleges, and local business partners.
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share and branch profitability.
  • Support promotional campaigns and events.
  • 6. MIS & ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track branch performance metrics and analyse trends.
  • Forecast sales and develop action plans to meet targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly branch revenue achievement.
  • Student enrolment and conversion rates.
  • Team productivity and target achievement.
  • Lead response and follow-up effectiveness.
