🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

💼 Experience: 3+ Years (Hospital experience preferred)

About the Role : Sanjeevan Netralaya Diabetic Retina Care Center is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive cum Front Desk Executive to manage patient interactions, front desk operations, and support patient conversion and engagement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage front desk operations and patient reception.
• Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-up calls.
• Counsel patients about treatments and services offered by the center.
• Coordinate with doctors and internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintain patient records and appointment schedules.
• Support billing, documentation, and administrative activities.
• Convert walk-in and inquiry leads into consultations and treatments.
• Ensure excellent patient service and relationship management.
• RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in front desk, patient counseling, or sales roles, preferably in hospitals or healthcare organizations.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Presentable, organized, and customer-centric approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ Experience in hospitals, clinics, eye hospitals, or healthcare centers.

✔ Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.

✔ Strong sales orientation and front-office management skills.
