Job Description
Purchase Executive
Look after the procurement process efficiently
1) Request for quotation from multiple vendors for the PR given by the team.
2) Compare quotes based on factors like price, delivery time, payment terms and submit the report to senior for final decision.
3) Negotiate and conclude the order with the best vendor and prepare the PO.
4) Keep track and follow up for the existing inquiries and orders given to vendors.
5) Approve the invoice based on the acceptance criteria from concerned department.
1) MS Suite (MS Office, Excel, Word)
2) Negotitation Skills
