- 📝 Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily coal mining production activities.
- Check production output according to company specifications.
- Supervise truck loading and unloading operations.
- Maintain production reports and operational records.
- Identify operational issues and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with workers and site management for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
- 🎓 Eligibility CriteriaHigher Secondary (HS) Pass
- Diploma (Any Discipline)
- Any Graduate
- B.Tech / B.E. (Any Specialization)
- 💻 Required SkillsBasic Computer Knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

- Leadership and team coordination skills
- Ability to work in a mining environment
