Job Opening: International Voice Process Executive
Company: Mergen Infotech (OPC) Pvt Ltd
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
💼 Job Role
We are hiring experienced professionals for the International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling international clients.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Handle international customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
Maintain high standards of customer service
Meet quality and productivity targets
Ensure clear and effective communication with clients
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 0- 2 years of experience in International Voice Process
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in night shifts
💰 Salary & Benefits
Salary up to ₹28,000/month + Incentives
Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
