Job Summary:

Battery Smart is looking for energetic and target-driven Electric 2W Field Sales Executives to promote and sell electric two-wheelers in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the EV industry.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell Electric 2-Wheelers through field visits.
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
• Meet potential customers and explain product features and benefits.
• Conduct on-ground marketing and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th Pass.
• Minimum 6 Months of Field Sales experience.
• Must own a Bike with a valid Driving License.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Age: Up to 35 years.
