Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals who can read and type in English, handle online orders, and assist in managing store operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with computers, have good communication skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately read and process online customer orders.
• Enter data and update order details in the system.
• Communicate with customers via chat, email, or phone when needed.
• Manage and organize store inventory (online and/or physical).
• Assist in daily store operations such as stock checks, labeling, and record keeping.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of orders and report any issues.
• Support the store manager in handling routine tasks.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and typing in English.
• Ability to use computers, online platforms, and spreadsheets.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer service attitude and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in store management, order handling, or administrative tasks is a plus (but not required).
