Property Rental Closer | Rental Specialist | North Bangalore


If your idea of sales is chasing random leads all day, this role is not for you.


If you love talking to people, understanding what they need, building trust, following up relentlessly, and closing rental deals, keep reading.

We are a fast growing property management company managing premium apartments, villas, and residential properties across Bangalore. We believe in speed, transparency, ownership, and getting things done.


We generate the leads.


Your job is simple:


Convert them.


What You'll Do


✓ Call rental leads as soon as they arrive


✓ Understand the client's requirement


✓ Share property details, photos, videos, and pricing


✓ Follow up consistently until a decision is made


✓ Schedule and coordinate property visits


✓ Meet serious prospects when required


✓ Help clients finalize bookings and collect token amounts


✓ Hand over confirmed bookings to our back office team


Important:


You are NOT expected to generate leads.


You are NOT expected to do marketing.


You are NOT expected to post ads.


Your focus is only one thing:


Lead to Site Visit to Booking.


Who We're Looking For


✓ Prior experience in renting apartments, villas, residential properties, or real estate leasing


✓ Excellent Hindi and English communication


✓ Kannada is a strong advantage


✓ Calm, confident, and highly persuasive personality


✓ Strong follow up skills


✓ Someone who does not give up after one call


✓ Comfortable speaking with clients throughout the day


✓ Bangalore based candidates only


✓ Preferably staying in North Bangalore or willing to work around North Bangalore


Requirements:


✓ Own two wheeler or four wheeler


✓ Own laptop


✓ Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and property portals


✓ Available to meet prospects when required
